Spiritual development and the power of simplicity

1. Domestic tranquility.

Simplicity does not require you living in Spartan conditions, where everything is simple and affordable. The real simplicity begins in your mind. Numerous concerns and problems that occupy our minds, do not allow us to experience peace of mind. Simplicity requires of us an ability to free the mind from the endless stream of useless thoughts.

2. Life in the present.

We often complicate your life, concerned about the future and planning for it, or constantly reliving the past. Often, we experience excessive anxiety about what will happen tomorrow or next year, and this gives us to live in the present. In order to begin to live here and now, we must learn to take life as it should be. Stop tear himself for past failures and experience too much concern for future events.

3. Less planning and deliberation.

Infinite planning we only transfer the problems of tomorrow to today. Remember that most of your concerns and fears about the future are without any foundation. Spend less time planning. For example, fifteen minutes a day, you can plan a day tomorrow, about an hour a week, you can schedule the following week and so on. If you devote a whole day planning and reflections about the future, when are you going to live?

4. Overcoming condemnation.

Condemnation and criticism of others is part of human nature. How easily can you make a list of reprimands and suggestions for the other person, but we are helping ourselves, noting the shortcomings of others? We have to understand that for the most part, we are not responsible for the actions and thoughts of others. Committed to change other people, we are moving away from the rest of the world and in our lives. Do not try to change other people, better direct your efforts to change themselves. You probably plenty of their own weaknesses, so that you have devoted their energy to them.

5. Concentration and achievement.

Simplicity allows you to accomplish more. Simplicity means that we need to focus their attention on one thing at a time. Simplicity means that we can devote all its efforts to achieve the same result. We can achieve their goals faster and more successfully if allow ourselves to act without being distracted by other things. Simplifying life, we begin to understand that we can achieve greater heights than if-we were trying to achieve everything at once.

6. The simplicity and beauty.

"The concept is simple," you've probably already met more than once with this expression. Simplicity is often associated with beauty. Find a nature reserve area, where you will find a lot of simple and at the same time beautiful creations. This orderly chaos creates an overall picture of the beautiful creations. Mountains, forests, rivers, waterfalls, streams, flowers and animals, everything is so simple and perfectly incomprehensible. No man is able to replicate nature in its beauty and simplicity.

7 Happiness.

Be happy with what you have. As correctly noted by George Bernard Shaw: "In life there are two tragedies. One of them is that you do not get anything soul, and the other is that you get it. " Such is the nature of desire: the more we get, the more we begin to wish for. Note how long you've been dreaming about his first car, and that acquiring it, after a while you start to be desired, no longer feel joy for what you've got. How much of your happiness lasted full of desire? The source of true happiness lies within us. And we begin to experience happiness when content with what we have, and free ourselves from desires.
