115. Good training is the training of the spirit in Martial Arts

Our soul is in an intermediary position between spirit and flesh.

The first tool is  Martial Arts. The second tool is a Prayer in the Spirit. The third tool is the spiritual development of the spirit of worship and thanksgiving to God. Good training is the training of the spirit in Martial Arts. Achieve high scores in one form or another and this means attain high results in the power of the spirit. Practice, practice. The strength of spirit is confidence. Self-confidence is awareness of his innocence in all situations and actions.

To strengthen your spirit try to pass this training: Perform a rack with fists, or one fist is for very strong, holding the distant straight back, so stand fast for 5-10 minutes. Joy provided.

Practice exercises are not the number of repetitions (or a certain period of time), and "to the end." Under the "end" is meant a complete, objective impossibility of performance.

It turns out the main battle is not a race, but rather is in our hearts and the seat of the soul.
Defeat your nasty desires, dirty thoughts, and any tangible victory over the enemy may seem "childish prattle on the lawn," because internal adventure is just and is training the Spirit.

The Spirit carries weakness. When a person is ill, it is a strong spirit gives the ability to hold, move and win.

The human spirit can endure in sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?

The human spirit is the lamp of the LORD that sheds light on one's inmost being.

In the spirit of man is always a light, there is an answer. The Holy Spirit does not live in the mind, and certainly not in the human body. He lives in his spirit. If we want to hear an answer from God, we must learn to hear the spirit that is the lamp of the Lord.

My son! give ear to my words, and my sayings incline thine ear; Let them not depart from thine eyes: keep them within your heart: for they are life to those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.

The spirit is the highest that there is in the nature of man. The Spirit always wants what pleases God.
