According to Cayce, the Arcturians are a ‘5th dimensional‘ life-form.

A typical Arcturian is about 3 to 4 feet tall. These extraordinary beings have greenish blue skin and distinguished large oval eyes.
They have three fingers as opposed to our five, although they are physically not strong, they can accomplish a great deal with their telepathic minds. The life span of arcturians is thought to be around 350 to 400 years.
